By using AdPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
2. Permitted Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with Meta Platforms' policies.
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Payment and Refunds
Fees are billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. No refunds are issued for past billing periods, except in cases of service failure on our part.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
6. Limitation of Liability
AdPilot is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the service. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the current billing month.
